We want you to love your purchase! Every product is made with care from our own bees and crafted by hand — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the nature of our handmade and personal care products, we can’t accept returns once items have been opened or used.
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at nunyabeezwaxco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.
- Unopened, unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund (minus shipping costs).
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
Custom or Sale Items
Custom orders and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
